Shevelle has been involved in the Bethany Baptist Church Youth Ministry for over five years. This ministry aims at improving self-development, self-esteem and in increasing the motivation and drive in teenage girls ages 14 to 18. When Shevelle speaks at events and conferences geared toward teenage girls, such as those she often participates in at Rutgers University – Woman’s Law Caucus, she invites the girls from our church youth ministry to come and hear her speak.
